HOW CONFIDENT IN THE WATER DO I NEED TO BE?

The maximum depth of the pool is 1.5 metres. All bikes will be set up within the 1.5 metre depth.

CAN I DO WATER CYCLING IF I HAVEN’T EXERCISED BEFORE?

Yes! You don’t need to be fit to begin water cycling. You have complete control of how hard you
work. Water cycling is the ideal form of exercise to start your health and fitness journey.

45 minutes. If it is your first session, you will need to arrive 15 minutes prior to the session starting.

Comfortable swim wear, drink bottle, towel, waterproof reef shoes.

CAN I RIDE WITHOUT SHOES?

No. Footwear is required for the cage pedals on the bikes. Reef water shoes are highly
recommended.

I AM CURRENTLY MANAGING AN INJURY, HEALTH CONDITION, AND/OR ARE PRE/POST NATAL, IS IT SAFE FOR ME TO ATTEND?

Upon booking your first session you will be required to complete a pre-exercise clearance document
which will require you to indicate any acute/chronic health injuries and or conditions. Always check
with your doctor before starting a new exercise routine.
