Emerse classes have limited spaces available. All classes must be pre-booked online via our website using the integrated booking system. If you require support to do this, email email@example.com or call 0491 366 6991 to reserve your spot. Reservations open 7 days in advance.
All Emerse Class Passes are non-refundable and are for individual use.
All Class Passes and the Intro Offer are activated on the date of sale, please note the expiration dates below as we don’t offer extensions.
Intro Offer = 1 Month (offer valid until 31.01.2023)
Casual Class = 1 Month
10 Class Pass = 4 Months
20 Class Pass = 6 Months
Pre Exercise Screening
The pre-exercise screening document is to be completed prior to starting with Emerse. You will be prompted online when you book into your first class. If you require support to do this, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0491 366 693.
To remove yourself from a Emerse class, you must give at least 12 hours notice. If you give less than 12 hours or you don’t show up to your class, you will forfeit your class payment as it means another client is unable to attend. To change or cancel your class, visit the Emerse and follow the cancellation booking system. If you are unable to do this, email email@example.com.
Emerse Classes may need to be cancelled due to lightning storms. If a class is cancelled, you’ll receive a text message within a minimum of 45 minutes before the class start time. If the class is cancelled during and it occurs within 30 minutes of the class starting a full refund is provided. If it occurs after 30 minutes of the class starting no refunded is provided.
