Cancellation Policy
To remove yourself from a Emerse class, you must give at least 12 hours notice. If you give less than 12 hours or you don’t show up to your class, you will forfeit your class payment as it means another client is unable to attend. To change or cancel your class, visit the Emerse and follow the cancellation booking system. If you are unable to do this, email sally@emerse.com.au.
